1. Registration and access
1.1. In order to use any of the services and content provided by ISVIR Library,the Customer has to register for a personal user account via the respective website. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his user account and for all activities that occur on or through Customer’s user account, and the Customer agrees to immediately notify ISVIR of any security breach of his user account. ISVIR shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of his user account.
1.2. The contract between ISVIR and the Customer for the purchase of the service and/or content shall be concluded by the execution and termination of the order process by the Customer and by confirmation and acceptance of the order by ISVIR. The confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the Customer.
1.3. Online access to the services and content of ISVIR to be paid for by the Customer will be granted only after receipt of payment by ISVIR.
1.4. The use of the services and contents offered via ISVIR requires an active data connection. The Customer is solely responsible for all technical requirements for online access. Any costs related thereto shall be borne by the Customer.
1.5. ISVIR cannot be held liable in case of delay, malfunction, or disruption in displaying the content on ISVIR website, unless ISVIR acts in gross negligence or wilfully. Due to the nature of the internet and mobile devices, ISVIR accepts no liability for the uninterrupted availability of ISVIR website.
There are no cancellation and refunds allow once the user has chosen for the appropriate membership.
