- 1. The nominee should be a life member of ISVIR for atleast 10 years at the time of nomination
- 2. The nomination should be duly proposed and seconded by Life Member(s) of ISVIR. (One proposer and seconder can nominate only one member)
- 3. The nominee should have attended minimum of ten national conferences and ten CMEs of ISVIR including the Registry meeting
- 4. Member should not have had any disciplinary proceedings or departmental action initiated at the place of work or in the Society
- 5. Fulfilment of basic responsibility assigned by the Society. Should not have defaulted on obligations assigned by the Society
- 6. Minimum score must be 50% to be eligible
